What we use
When you create a Thefinpath account, we store your name, email address, phone number and a salted password hash. We never ask for your Gmail password. An HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Email ownership is not verified by this password-based signup. Existing hosting-provider accounts may supply an identifier, name and email to preserve earlier purchases. We store your learning progress, assessment scores, purchased track and plan, Razorpay order and payment status and assessment results. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. Please do not include confidential financial, identity or employer data in support messages.
Why we use it
We use this information to give you the products you purchased, remember your progress, score your assessment and issue eligible certificates, respond to support and refund requests, prevent payment abuse, and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Résumé sharing with outside contacts requires your separate approval of the final résumé and recipients.
Payments and other services
Razorpay processes checkout and holds payment credentials; Thefinpath does not receive full card numbers or UPI PINs. Our hosting provider runs the website and learning database. Links to external articles, videos and file hosts take you to their own services and policies. We do not sell your learning data.
Retention and your requests
We retain account and learning records while your account is active. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your learning information at munotchinmay0@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days and delete information we no longer need, subject to purchase records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud or dispute purposes. If you request deletion, paid access and certificate verification may no longer be possible.
Security and updates
Paid access is checked on the server and payment status is confirmed with Razorpay. No online service can promise perfect security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will show the updated date here. Contact munotchinmay0@gmail.com for current details.
